Apparently, Government Motors became a Real company on June 1st…
After Obama agreed to fund General Motors an additional $30.1 billion on May 31st, Government Motors will acquire 60% equity in GM under the General Motors Bankruptcy restructuring plan. Fritz Henderson, CEO and GM president, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on June 1st, 2009.

It might be a good thing if taxpayers are happy buying Government Motors cars that run on hot air… otherwise, Obama’s unlimited, unconstitutional presidential power should concern every American.
Our Founding Fathers intended the legislative branch (Congress, composed of both the House and Senate) to be the predominant branch of the federal government.
In our constitutional representative government, we the people should not forfeit our power and rights… We elect politicians to represent us and protect our rights not control us.
Considering the constitutional legal information, President Obama unconstitutionally acted without Congressional Legislation or prior approval of Congress to bailout General Motors. Only time will tell whether Congress will represent the people or Obama and his GM bailout.
P.S. If Government Motors does become profitable, will every taxpayer receive dividends like private shareholders?
Was the $185 billion taxpayer bailout of AIG a good thing? Seems to me, all these bailouts have sent clear messages that corporations can be financially irresponsible and they will be rewarded with taxpayer candy.

I can only guess that the American media has been gradually using Newspeak.
Newspeak is the language of Party described by George Orwell in his novel, Nineteen Eighty-Four. Newspeak was created to use less words to meet the needs of Big Brother’s socialistic regime. For example, the word ‘free’ could be only used as in ‘free of disease’ yet, the words, ‘politically free’ doesn’t exist in Newspeak because the ‘politically free’ concept no longer exists.
