ObamaCare is a Song Parody of “Runaround Sue” by Dion and the Belmonts

Public Service Announcement for the Kool Aid drinkers who either have not reviewed or do not understand ObamaCare H.R.3200:

ObamaCare H.R.3200 is another proposed law that if passed will destroy the constitutional freedoms of all Americans. Whether you believe Obama will give you more healthcare options or not, it is clear that Obama will control whatever health benefits you select.

(D) enable the real-time (or near real-time) determination of an individual’s financial responsibility at the point of service and, to the extent possible, prior to service, including whether the individual is eligible for a specific service with a specific physician at a specific facility, which may include utilization of a machine-readable health plan beneficiary identification card;

Every American will be issued a National ID Healthcard which will track their eligibility for a specific health service. Note that the phrase, ‘which may include utilization of a machine-readable health plan beneficiary identification card’ is one way the government will track your health service eligibility. What happens in a emergency when you need life saving surgery and your government healthcard determines you are Not eligible for life saving health services?

Mr. Obama, what constitutional authority gives you the power to establish mandatory government healthcare?
