In addition, Obama received $1.4 million from Health Services/HMOs plus $2.1 million from the Pharmaceuticals/Health Products sector during Indecision 2008.

Was it a coincidence when Pelosi rammed the passing of Obamacare through the House on March 21, 2010 enabling President Barack Hussein Obama to sign H.R. 3590 into law on March 23, 2010, the same day the Enabling Act (Ermächtigungsgesetz) gave Adolf Hitler the legal power to establish his dictatorship 77 years ago?

The government nationalization of the Health Insurance Industry requires every American to be covered by Government Mandated Healthcare Insurance using a National Healthcare ID Card to track and dictate our eligibility for Healthcare Coverage.

H.R. 3590, as passed, changed the text to:

“SEC. 1104. ADMINISTRATIVE SIMPLIFICATION.
(b) OPERATING RULES FOR HEALTH INFORMATION TRANSACTIONS.—

‘‘(g) OPERATING RULES.—
‘‘(1) IN GENERAL.—The Secretary shall adopt a single set of operating rules for each transaction referred to under sub-
section (a)(1) with the goal of creating as much uniformity in the implementation of the electronic standards as possible.
Such operating rules shall be consensus-based and reflect the necessary business rules affecting health plans and health care providers and the manner in which they operate pursuant to standards issued under Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.

(B) ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS; EFFECTIVE DATES.—
(i) ELIGIBILITY FOR A HEALTH PLAN AND HEALTH
CLAIM STATUS.—The set of operating rules for eligibility for a health plan and health claim status transactions shall be adopted not later than July 1, 2011, in a manner ensuring that such operating rules are effective not later than January 1, 2013, and may allow for the use of a machine readable identification card.”

Interesting to note that the 2,407-page long Public Law No 111-148 (H.R.3590) doesn’t include the operating rules of eligibility for a health plan and health claim status transactions.
