According to Ralph Charles Whitley, Sr., information about a proven method to seal the Gulf Oil Leak was given to BP, the Governor of Florida, Governor of LA and President Barack Hussein Obama. The Counter Pressure Plug, invented by Branko R. Babic to stop the 1991 Kuwait Oil Fires, would have sealed the leak in 8-hours and should have been used anytime since April 20th.
