After taking the blue pill of Rombamacare,
Roberts was given the Call,
To do nothing at All,
Chief Justice Roberts was just Small,
Knowing he was going to Fall,
Chasing the Reid Rabbit.

In a 5-4 decision, Chief Justice Roberts saved ObamaCare by ruling that “the individual mandate must be construed as imposing a tax on those who do not have health insurance” since Congress does not have the power to implement the individual mandate under the Commerce Clause.
