On July 17, 2008, a ballot measure was qualified to be on the November ballot to rename the San Francisco sewage plant from the “Oceanside Water Pollution Control Plant” to the “George W. Bush Sewage Plant” in order to commemorate the mess they claim Bush will leave behind like the Iraq War.
