P.S. Muskrat Love was written by Willis Alan Ramsey in 1972 and first appeared on his album, “Muskrat Candlelight.” Captain & Tennille released the hit single in 1976 and Muskrat Love was included on their “Song of Joy” album.

Hey Moe… just fer U, click HERE to watch the song parody, “Hamster Love” performed by a group called Big Daddy. This parody Of “Muskrat Love” by The Captain and Tennille was released in 1977.

    Hamster, hamster by candle light.

The Muskrats Must be all lovy dovy if they can get in the mmod with the muskrat music in the background.

I think I liked this the first time I heard it. What year was this made? (going back) … a while ago 🙂

Great hair doo on Tennille. Curling inward, and follow the BOWL cut. Again, very much like my own 70’s hair at the time. We really were all crazy back then!!!!!!!
