Obama seeks open-ended authority to transfer funds between accounts… to fund his agenda because he knows the GOP will not fund Obamunism in 2011?
Regardless of Obama’s real reason, Obama knows that a Republican House has the “power of the purse” as Representatives of the people and he is attempting to circumvent the Constitutional protection of Checks and Balances designed to give each branch the authority to restrain the abuse of power by another branch.

According to CNNMoney.com, the Federal Reserve loaned $9 trillion to major banks and Wall Street firms. Merrill Lynch received $2.1 trillion in 226 low-interest rate loans.

What I like was when Sobama met Damin –
