Obama’s Broken Deficit Promise

As of today I’m pledging to cut the deficit we inherited in half by the end of my first term in office. This will not be easy. It will require us to make difficult decisions and face challenges we’ve long neglected. But I refuse to leave our children with a debt that they cannot repay — and that means taking responsibility right now, in this administration, for getting our spending under control.

  1. Don’t they always do that..? Follow the money may be an old saying, but it’s a good strategy most of the time.

    • Hi Patrick,

Considering the current political climate, following the money trail should be the strategy of every voter in all elections.

Unfortunately, most voters don’t follow the money trail that leads to the source of power.

How many voters would have voted for Barack if they knew George Soros, who has a current net worth of $22 billion, backed Obama for president in 2008, saying that Barack has “the charisma and the vision to radically reorient America in the world.”?

In 2008, Soros net worth was $9 billion which grew to $11 billion in 2009.

In 2004, George Soros donated $23 million to various liberal 527 Groups dedicated to defeating President George W. Bush. In 2006, Senator Barack Obama received $61,605 from the Soros Fund Management, a hedge fund management firm founded in 1969 by George Soros

Unfortunately, there are no exact figures available for George’s funding of the Democratic Party in 2008 yet, Soros has donated $6 billion to left-wing non-profit groups via the Open Society Institute since 1979.

Why did RINOceros McCain keep quiet about the Soros funding pipeline? Perhaps, John didn’t want voters to know his McCain’s Reform Institute, a tax-exempt group focused on campaign finance reform, was funded by Soros’ Open Society Institute and Tides Foundation.

The main obstacle to a stable and just world order is the United States.” – George Soros, The Age of Fallibility: Consequences of the War on Terror, 2006

Fast Forward to Election 2012 and we find that George Soros has ties to Obama and Newt Gingrich. Soros doesn’t see much difference between Mitt Romney and Obama.

Right on target, and funny too! Such a sad state of affairs.
