Screening for Breast Cancer during security pat-downs

Thanks to the Barney Frank Initiative, men have enjoyed free prostate exam under ObamaCare from the Testicle Screeners of America since 2010.

Effective on September 23, 2010, new health insurance plans under ObamaCare (Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act) are mandated to provide “free”* preventive medical exams and medical screening.

Women ages 50 to 74 can receive “free”* mammograms every 2 years under ObamaCare yet, the American Cancer Society clearly states that yearly mammograms are recommended starting at age 40.

* “free” means without cost-sharing (no co-pay and no waiting to meet deductibles) which conveniently masks the cost of premium increases.
